In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to play No-Limit Texas Hold’em while taking a closer look at the way you make decisions. You’ll play, observe, take risks and see how you react when the outcome is uncertain.

Along the way, you’ll explore what your behaviour at the table can tell you about business. When do you trust your instincts? How do you read the people around you? What do you reveal without saying a word? And when is a poker face actually useful?

No previous poker experience needed.

The Details

  • You’ll learn by playing. Short introductions to the rules and strategy are followed by hands-on rounds at the poker table, so you can put what you’ve learned into practice straight away.

  • By the end, you’ll understand the basics of No-Limit Texas Hold’em and be able to play independently. You’ll also leave with a better understanding of how you make decisions with limited information, respond under pressure and use non-verbal communication in business.
