How are workshop entries counted?

Each workshop session counts as one entry. If a workshop includes multiple sessions, each individual session will count as one entry when redeemed.

What happens if I don’t use all my entries?

Entries are valid for the duration of your membership period. Any unused entries will expire at the end of the term and cannot be carried over or exchanged for cash.

Can I transfer my membership or entries to someone else?

Yes. You’re welcome to invite others to join workshops using your available entries. When someone else attends, the session will simply be deducted from your remaining balance.

How do I claim my membership?

Once you purchase a membership, you’ll receive a personal code by email. This code can be used to redeem workshop entries when booking. Simply enter your code at checkout and your available entries will be automatically credited.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or can’t attend?

No, all purchases are non-refundable. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before booking, as we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

What if I can’t make it to the workshop I booked?

No worries – bookings are transferable to a future session of the same workshop. Just email us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the switch.

What happens if I join the session late?

Please be punctual. Latecomers may not be admitted or could miss essential parts of the session. We recommend joining a few minutes early to get settled.

How do I access the online workshop?

You’ll receive a link via email ahead of the event. Make sure you have access to a stable internet connection to fully enjoy the experience.

Can the workshop be rescheduled?

Yes, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule. If this happens, you’ll be notified in advance and your booking will be automatically transferred to the new date.
