    No, all purchases are non-refundable. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before booking, as we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • What if I can’t make it to the workshop I booked?

    No worries – bookings are transferable to a future session of the same workshop. Just email us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the switch.

  • What happens if I join the session late?

    Please be punctual. Latecomers may not be admitted or could miss essential parts of the session. We recommend joining a few minutes early to get settled.

  • How do I access the online workshop?

    You’ll receive a link via email ahead of the event. Make sure you have access to a stable internet connection to fully enjoy the experience.

  • Can the workshop be rescheduled?

    Yes, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule. If this happens, you’ll be notified in advance and your booking will be automatically transferred to the new date.
