Terms & Conditions — The Boring Workshop Memberships & Packs
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop packs and memberships offered by The Boring Workshop. By purchasing or redeeming entries, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Terms (Apply to All Products)
1.1 Non-Refundable Purchases
All workshop packs, memberships, and entries are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable consumer law.
1.2 Virtual Product
All entries and memberships are delivered virtually and linked to the email address used at checkout.
1.3 Validity & Expiration
Entries are valid only during the stated period of each specific product. Unused entries do not roll over, extend, or convert into cash value.
1.4 Booking & Availability
All workshops require advance booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice.
1.5 Transfers
Entries may be transferred only when explicitly allowed by the terms of the specific product. Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation without refund.
1.6 Misuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel products or memberships suspected of misuse, fraud, or rule violations.
1.7 Modifications to Terms
The Boring Workshop may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at time of use will apply.
2. 4-Pack: “The Curious Starter Kit”
2.1 Validity Period
The 4-Pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 What’s Included
Four (4) workshop entries, each valid for one standard workshop session.
2.3 Transferability
Entries may be shared with friends or family. Once transferred, the new holder is bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Limitations
Unused entries are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products.
3. Lite Membership — “A Year of Tiny Creative Rituals”
3.1 Validity Period
The Lite Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
3.2 What’s Included
Ten (10) workshop entries to be used within the membership period.
3.3 Personal Use Only
Lite Membership entries are intended for individual use and may not be shared between multiple users.
3.4 Renewal
This membership does not renew automatically unless a recurring subscription is selected at checkout.
3.5 Member Access
Members receive access to all online and in-person workshops subject to availability.
4. Core Membership: “The Full Boring Experience”
4.1 Validity Period
The Core Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
4.2 What’s Included
Twenty (20) workshop entries
Access to all online and in-person workshops
Core Member merchandise
Invitations to BPC member-only events
4.3 Personal Use Only
Entries and member benefits are non-transferable and intended for use by the named member only.
4.4 Renewal
This membership does not auto-renew unless selected during checkout.
4.5 Member Benefits
Member perks, events, or merchandise may vary but will always maintain fair value.
5. Corporate Membership: “Collective Creativity for Teams”
5.1 Validity Period
The Corporate Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
5.2 What’s Included
Fifty (50) pooled workshop entries
Access to all online and in-person workshops
Priority booking for high-demand sessions
Usage tracking provided by The Boring Workshop
Optional add-ons such as custom team sessions (priced separately)
5.3 Pooled Access
Entries may be used by any employee of the purchasing company. External transfers or resale are prohibited.
5.4 Booking & Redemption
The company is responsible for internal distribution of access. Workshop spaces remain subject to availability. The Boring Workshop will record and track all redemptions.
5.5 Renewal & Refill
This membership does not auto-renew unless selected at checkout. Upon renewal, credits reset to 50.
5.6 Restrictions
Entries may not be resold, bundled, or used for commercial resale of services.
