These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop packs and memberships offered by The Boring Workshop. By purchasing or redeeming entries, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms (Apply to All Products)

1.1 Non-Refundable Purchases
All workshop packs, memberships, and entries are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable consumer law.

1.2 Virtual Product
All entries and memberships are delivered virtually and linked to the email address used at checkout.

1.3 Validity & Expiration
Entries are valid only during the stated period of each specific product. Unused entries do not roll over, extend, or convert into cash value.

Bookings are transferable to a future session of the same workshop if you are unable to attend. You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the transfer. Transfers requested less than 24 hours before the workshop may not be accommodated.

1.3 Late Arrivals

Punctuality is essential. Latecomers may not be admitted and may miss part or all of the workshop. No compensation or transfer will be provided in such cases.

2. Online Access

Workshops held online will be accessible via a link provided prior to the event. It is your responsibility to ensure:

You have a stable internet connection

You are able to access the platform used for the workshop

You join the session on time

We are not responsible for access issues due to user-side technical problems.

3. Changes, Cancellations, or Rescheduling

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs:

You will be notified as soon as possible

Your booking will be automatically transferred to a new date for the same workshop

If a suitable reschedule is not possible, we may offer you credit for another session
