Who we are. This website is run by Bored Peach Club Ltd., Level 3, Valletta Buildings, Triq Nofs In-Nhar, Valletta VLT 1103, Malta (company no. C 111685). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. Questions? Email yentl@vonpeach.com.

What we collect. When you book a workshop or buy something: your name, email, billing details and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your full card details. When you create an account or membership: login details and your bookings. When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address. When you contact us or submit a workshop through our tutor portal: whatever you send us. And like every website, some technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via cookies and analytics.

Why we use it. To run your bookings and orders (that’s our contract with you), to send the newsletter you asked for (consent - unsubscribe anytime), to keep the site working and safe and to improve it (legitimate interest), and to keep records the tax man requires (legal obligation).
Who we share it with. The boring-but-necessary service providers: Squarespace (website and shop hosting), Stripe (payments), and our email and newsletter tools. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We also share tutor submissions with the tutors involved where relevant. We never sell your data - it’s not that interesting.
Where it goes. Some of our providers (like Squarespace and Stripe) are based in the US. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it: order and invoice data as long as tax law says we must, account data while your account exists, newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. If you’re not happy with us, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt) or your local data protection authority.
